Oliva

It's cold. It rained all night long. But it's time to pick the olives, otherwise they will rot.

As if it were an annual pilgrimage, the family leaves early for the fields. There are many olive trees to harvest.

When it rains, go to home early. When it's sunny, make the most of it. The days are numbered and you have to be prepared for the day scheduled at the Mill.

The canvas is placed, the olives are shaken out of the tree, and those that fall outside are picked up. Buckets and bags are filled. Pruning is done. Move on to the next one and repeat the ritual.

Later they will have olive oil
